Dear Mr. Kameny,
Congressman John Dowdy, Chairman on Committee No. 4, has asked me to advise that hearings will be held on Thursday, August 8th, at 10:00am in room 445-A Cannon Office Building on H.R. 5990.
You are herby invited to testify if you do so desire, and in order that the witness list be completed please notify me by Wednesday wether you or someone else will be present to testify.
Also, Congressman Huddleston, Broyhill, and Harsha have asked me to thank you for your letter to them with the respect of this proposed legislation.
